This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the cause title relating to the description of the police station in question.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.751 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chhendipada, arising out of Chhendipada Police Station P.S. Case No.388 of 2022, under Sections 379/34 of IPC and is in custody since 13.08.2022. 5.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance) Angul by order dated 26.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed and the petitioners being ladies, keeping in view stipulation under Proviso under Section 437(1) of Cr.P.C., this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every week between 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M till the conclusion of investigation. First date such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter and such appearance shall be certified to the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
