Heard Mr. S.K. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate.

On instruction, Mr. Pradhan submits that Lease Case No.38 of 2022 initiated on the application of the petitioner under Annexure-4, after due enquiry has been dismissed on 17.06.2022 by the Tahasildar, Bisra. He undertakes to serve a copy of this order on Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner in course of the day.

In such background, Mr. Dash does not want to proceed further in the matter as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
