Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submission made, this Court directs in the event the proceeding vide Annexure-5 is still pending before the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.3, the same shall be disposed of directing Opposite Party No-3 to conclude such proceeding involving the parties likely to be affected at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
