This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for restoration of power supply to the premises of the Petitioner's Unit, namely, Ruchi Ice Cream Factory.

Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, although power supply has been restored, but no decision has yet been taken on the application filed by the Petitioner for reassessment.

Since the prayer made in the writ petition has already been granted to the Petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

6.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
