Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Undisputedly petitioner has no foundation. For the dispute parallel involving C.S.No.316 of 2015 is very much pending before the consolidation authority in absence of which this Court finds the petition at Annexure-3 was per se not maintainable. In this view of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by appropriate petition in the event of any contingency arose.

Consequently the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but, however with liberty as prayed for.

Interim order dated 23.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.1201 of 2019 stands vacated.
