This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.736 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Padampur, arising out of Padampur P.S. Case No.186 of 2022, offence under Sections 420/34 of IPC read with Section 66(C)/66(D) of IT Act and is in custody since 20.07.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Padampur by order dated 17.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the age of the petitioner and that he is a first offender as stated, this Court

directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
