This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.10692 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 08.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 4th line of paragraph5, the name of the Court has been wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Koraput" instead of "J.M.F.C., Laxmipur", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 4th line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 08.09.2022 it be mentioned "J.M.F.C., Laxmipur" in place of "S.D.J.M., Koraput", rest part of the order shall remain

// 2 // intact and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 08.09.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below on or before 29th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
