Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the Writ Petition, inadvertently certain important documents could not be incorporated in the Writ Petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file better application. To the said effect, a memo has already been filed on 12.12.2022, which is on record. 3.

In view of the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdraw with the liberty as prayed for.
