This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction to learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar for early disposal of C.S. No.2180 of 2018 within a period of six months.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the pleadings are complete in the suit and the same is ready for hearing. There is also no legal impediment for early disposal of C.S. No.2180 of 2018. Due to pendency of the suit, PlaintiffPetitioner is suffering immensely. In view of the above, the suit may be disposed of at an early date.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner has not filed a complete order sheet of C.S. No.2180 of 2018. Thus, this Court is not in a position to ascertain the stage of the suit. The grounds stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner is also not sufficient for issuance of a

// 2 // direction for early disposal of C.S. No.2180 of 2018. In that view of the matter, the relief claimed by the Petitioner in the CMP cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the CMP stands dismissed.
