Heard Mr. L.N. Rayatsingh, learned counsel for the claimant - Appellants and Mr. S.K. Das on behalf of Mr. J. Mishra, learned counsel for the insurer -Respondent No.2.

There is delay of 2476 days in filing the appeal. 4.

Upon hearing both parties and perusal of the limitation petition, the reason stated therein are not found satisfactory and as such this court is not inclined to condone the limitation. Accordingly the I.A. is dismissed.

Resultantly, the appeal is also dismissed on the ground of limitation.
