This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.10696 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 08.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioners subject to furnishing cash security of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) besides other conditions. Subsequently, an application was filed to modify the condition since the petitioners are facing financial difficulties theya are unable to comply with the same. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that despite the bail order passed on 08.09.2022, they are unable to furnish the cash security as directed. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the condition of furnishing cash security Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) as imposed in the order dated 08.09.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.5,000/-(rupees five thousand) each, rest part of the order shall remain intact and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 29.08.2022, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below on or before 29th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
