2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "Direct the opp. parties to draw and disburse the arrear salaries of petitioners pertaining the period from 1.3.2009 to till the date of joining taking in account Annexures-4,5 & 6 within a time to be stipulated.

Pass such other order(s), direction(s) as deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case to give complete relief to the petitioner."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of

// 2 // the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, taking into account Annexures-5 & 6 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
