Mr. S.J. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating therein that the petitioners want to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned trial Court shall take steps for arrest of the petitioner no.1 Kunti Meher, who has flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order granted by this Court on 05.11.2021 in I.A. No.923 of 2021.

A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court for compliance.
