This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the State submits that since Petitioner was unable to provide the Income Tax Certificate, the family pension could not be issued.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has already furnished the Income Tax Certificate along with the Additional Affidavit in this case.

In reply to the same, learned counsel for the State submits that in the Income Tax Certificate, the name of the Petitioner has been reflected as 'Wife of Jagan Mohanarao Patnaik' instead of 'Daughter of Jagan Mohanrao Patnaik'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to furnish a corrected Income Tax Certificate. 5.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to produce the rectified certificate within a period of four weeks from today. In the event such certificate is furnished before the Authority within a period of four weeks, the same shall be

// 2 // considered on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the CONTC stands disposed of. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rule.
