Heard Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Pradhan, the petitioner, who happens to be a lady belonging to Scheduled Caste, is aggrieved by the nonsettlement of a piece of Government land in her favour though she is a landless person.

Mr. A.K. Nanda submits that for the said purpose as observed by the Collector, Subarnapur in O.G.L.S. (R) Case No.13 of 2000, the petitioner should have approached the appropriate authority by filing an application under Form-1 for settlement of a piece of Government land in her favour. 4.

In such background, Mr. Pradhan submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition as she wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievances.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
