This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to allow him to amend the writ petition as per the schedule given in the interlocutory application. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and the facts stated in this application, the prayer for amendment of the writ petition is allowed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the same in Court.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of Civil Petition No.122 of 2019 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jharsuguda on the ground of threat to her life.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party has no objection to transfer the case.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that Civil Petition No.122 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. Learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda after transfer of the aforesaid civil petition shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, since it is a matrimonial matter. 5.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
