This Writ Petition involves the following relief:- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, call for the records and issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to immediately release the requested rest of the amount incurred for the treatment of the Petitioner's minor son, who has sustained 60 percent of burn injury and 50 percent permanent disability in his body;

And pass any other appropriate order/ orders, Writ/ writs, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice;"

It appears, the Petitioner is not satisfied with the minimal payment made by way of medical reimbursement as a financial assistance. There is no doubt that such benefit can be extended

// 2 // further. It further appears, considering the request of the Petitioner there has been internal communication vide Annexures-5 & 6. In the process, finding that the claim of the Petitioner is still pending consideration, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.2 to take a lawful decision on the claim of the Petitioner keeping in view the development through Annexures-5 & 6, within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
