Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Petitioner humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notice to the Opp.Parties asking them why the action of the Opp.Parties shall not be interfered with and if they fail to explain the same with sufficient reason thereby be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties to disburse disability pension in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated time period for the interest of justice."

On the selfsame issue, it appears, the Petitioner has a pending representation before the Collector, Jajpur, O.P.2. From Annexure-2, it appears, there is already direction by the Joint Secretary to Government, Department of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities to the Collector, Jajpur
// 2 // for taking necessary action in the matter as per pension guidelines and action taken report has been directed to be submitted to the Department for further action.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged, in spite of such development, there is no action by the Collector, Jajpur. 5.
Finding the representation pending before the Collector, Jajpur, to avoid any further time, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Collector, Jajpur, O.P.2 if he has not worked out the direction of the Joint Secretary to Government, Department of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, vide Annexure-2, the direction contained therein may be worked out taking into account the request of the Petitioner at Annexure-3 by completing the entire exercise within one month from the date of submission of copy of this order. Upon completion of such exercise, the Collector, Jajpur is also directed to transmit the action taken report to the Joint Secretary to Government, Department of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities within seven days thereafter.
