This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was released on bail in BLAPL No.7428 of 2021 by order dated 17.02.2022 but in paragraph-9 of the said order, in the last line where it has been wrongly mentioned as "any criminal antecedents" instead of "criminal antecedents of similar nature".

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-9 of the order dated 17.02.2022 it be mentioned as "criminal antecedents of similar nature" in place of "any criminal antecedents", rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
