This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. A. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the State, on verification of the record, that notice to Opposite Party No.2informant has been duly served. 4.
Taking note of role ascribed to the petitioner and also that in the meantime the principal accused has been released on bail by the Apex Court, this Court directs that on surrendering the petitioner shall be released on bail, in connection with Special G.R. Case No. 46 of 2020, pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Nayagarh
arising out of Chandpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2020, within three weeks hence.

The terms and conditions to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter and while doing so the learned Court will do well to note the mobile number and Email I.D., if any, of the petitioner.
