This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.10726 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 14.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but in 5th line of paragraph-4, the G.R. Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "G.R. Case No.634 of 2022" instead of "G.R. Case No.624 of 2022". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 5th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 14.09.2022 it be mentioned as "G.R. Case No.624 of 2022" in place of "G.R. Case No.634 of 2021", rest part of the order shall remain intact and the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail

// 2 // order dated 14.09.2022, if the petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur on or before 14th of October, 2022. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
