Heard Mr. Anirudha Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary submits that, the petitioner no.2-Ramani Ranjan Dash has not been arrayed as accused.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of as not maintainable so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned giving liberty to move this Court in case there is any apprehension of arrest in future. 5.
So far as Petitioner No.1-Bapuji@ Jitendra Rout is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to
press the same, the petition against petitioner no.1 is disposed of accordingly.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
