This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.209 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dharamgarh, arising out of Golamunda P.S. Case No.54 of 2022, offence under Sections 498(A)/306 of IPC and in custody since 13.04.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh, Dist-Kalahandi by order dated 25.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account that the FIR was registered inter alia under Section 302 of IPC and other allied Sections of the IPC and charge sheet has been filed on 19.07.2022 under Section 498-A/306 of IPC, which is on record at Annexure-2.

Keeping in view the period of custody and filing of charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
