2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2228 (C) of 2001. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.24653 of 2013 (Arakhita Panigrahi (since dead) represented through LRs v. State of Odisha and others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 16.03.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 16.03.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.24653 of 2013 (Arakhita Panigrahi (since dead) represented through LRs v. State of Odisha and others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
