Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The CRLMC is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take all the grounds including the implication under the Special Act at the time of framing of charge, if so advised. 4.

It is needless to state that the learned Special Judge shall consider such prayer of the petitioner on its own merit without being influenced by withdrawal of the CRLMC. 5.

The CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
