This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.396 of 2022, pending in the file of learned SDJM, Balasore, arising out of Chandipur P.S. Case No.34 of 2022, offence under Sections 498A/304-B/302/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Balasore by order dated 26.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Keeping in view the order passed by this Court dated 03.02.2021 in BLAPL No.4676 of 2020 relating to the husband and considering the age of the petitioners, this Court directs the

petitioners who are the inlaws to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
