This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 08.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10743 of 2022. 3.

The order dated 08.09.2022 is modified to the extent that the following line be read as part of the said order. "In the event it is found that similar co-accused persons have been released on bail, learned court below shall apply the principle of parity to the fact of the present case and if the same is applicable."

It is directed that P.S.Case No.205 of 2016 as reflected in Parragraph-4 of the order dated 08.09.2022 be corrected as P.S.Case

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 08.09.2022. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
