In the order dated 15.11.2022, we had occasion to observe as follows:

"It is made absolutely clear that if on that day there is no representation for the appellant, this court will be persuaded to pass an order for nonprosecution." 4.

Since there is no representation today, we have been left with no other alternative but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, it is ordered.
