This matter was not in today's list. But, being mentioned specially on the ground of urgency, the same is taken up. 2.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL.

On the basis of submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the causetitle of the bail application in court today, so far as the name of Petitioner No.3 and the C.T. Case Number are concerned. 4.

Accordingly, in the 2nd line of para-5 of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10754 of 2022, the case number, i.e. "C.T. Case No.1904 of 2022" is hereby corrected and replaced as "C.T. Case No.1940 of 2022".

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 6.
