2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the opp. parties to show cause as to why this writ petition shall not be allowed and if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to make the rule absolute and direct the opp. parties to sanction and release 40% of the pension of late Biranchi Narayan Rath to the petitioner immediately."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.4 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating her grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
