This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- Order No.

"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition and issue notice to the opp. parties requiring them to show cause as to why the writ petition shall not be allowed and if the opp. parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, may be pleased to allow the writ petition by directing the opp. parties to allow release of subsidy recommended under Annexure-3 series immediately along with interest @ 18% till the date of receipt.

And this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass any other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

This Court finds, the Petitioner has already got his right of entitlement by virtue of a recommendation of the Bank of India vide Annexure-3 (series).

Keeping the above in view this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner and do the needful also keeping in view the development through Annexure-3(series). 4.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.

Further considering that there is heavy outstanding on the head of subsidy, this Court further directs, the Opposite Party No.3 shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioner till a decision is taken in the matter by the Opposite Party No.2.
