This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of the interim bail period.

It appears that the petitioner has not surrendered in the Court below as per the order dated 01.12.2022 in which he was granted interim bail for a period of three months. After going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am not inclined to grant any extension of time.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
