Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " why the opposite parties will not be directed to take appropriate action pursuant to the communication dated 10.12.2021 under Annexure14 forthwith and reinstate the petitioners as Banking Assistant within a stipulated time."

The petitioner is permitted to move Opp. party No.5 by making a comprehensive representation with regard to his claim. The said Opp. party No.5 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same taking into account Annexure-14 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such represent representation and communicate the result thereof within that time. 5.
