Routray, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.322 of 2019, the Petitioner does not want to proceed with this writ petition and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 17.10.2022 has been filed. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
