Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves a cause of action of the year 1978 involving the Refugees from Bangladesh took asylum in this country in 1971 War. It is submitted, there has been allotment of a plot to the Petitioner being a Refugee. Development taken place in 1977. The Petitioner had the grievance in the year 1978 on the issue when the allotment of plot no.A/39 was made in his favour. Cause of action involved appears to be taken place in 1978. There must be undergone sea change in between as the proceeding is initiated herein almost after 44 years.

This Court declines to entertain such stale matter, which thus stands dismissed.
