Petitioner is stated to be defaulter in an OD limit account availed from the ICICI Bank as also the attached FITL account. In the present petition details of only FITL have been submitted. 4.
Counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with permission to file a fresh one by incorporating the details and the pleadings qua the main OD limit account. Mr. Panigrahy, counsel for the Bank has no objection.
