Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, the representation of the Petitioners at Annexure3 cannot be considered keeping in view the request involved herein, as there is prescribed procedure for making request for demarcation of the land involved by way of appropriate application with proper stamp and court-fee also.

In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain such request through a representation. The Petitioners, if so advised, may apply under appropriate proceeding.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
