This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that at the time of surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin over the matter, Petitioners came to know that there are two criminal antecedents against them instead of one as informed this Court on 28.09.2022.

Considering such submission, this Court modifies the order dated 28.09.2022 to the extent that in 3rd and 5th lines of 6th paragraph, in place of word 'one', the word 'two' be replaced. 5.

In view of such modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioners before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
