1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is a retired Primary School Headmistress who had joined as a Primary School Teacher on 06.08.0980.
She superannuated from Government service on 31.07.2019 while she was serving as Headmistress of Marwari Upper Primary School, Jharsuguda.
The Petitioner faced Departmental Proceeding No.1660 dated 27.07.2018 initiated by the Opposite Party No.3/Block Education Officer, Jharsuguda and she was asked for filing of her written statement of defence. The Petitioner is suffering financial difficulty because of such proceeding.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has no role in the crime and she has unnecessarily entangled because of her husband who has been accused in a case.
5. Learned counsel for the State also agrees that the petitioner does not any role as per charge sheet.
6. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.3/Block Education Officer, Jharsuguda is directed to release the final pension as well as all the retiral benefits to the petitioner within a period of one month from the presentation of this order.
