This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr.B.N.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press this application and wants to withdraw the bail application with an observation that the learned trial court be directed to expedite the trial and the same be concluded within a stipulated period of time.

In view of such submission, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to make endeavour to complete the trial within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid time, it is open for the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation the bail application stands disposed of.
