This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of three months from the date of release in BLAPL No. 7372 of 2019 as per order dated 27.11.2020, but since the cash security of rupees two lakhs was imposed, inter alia, with other conditions, the petitioner being a poor man, he could not furnish the cash security and could not avail the interim bail order passed in the said case. He further submitted that he will file appropriate interim application for waiving/modifying the cash security imposed in the said bail application and therefore, he may be

In view of such submission, the bail application stands disposed of.
