Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is for directing the bank to pass speaking order on consideration of her representation dated 25th July, 2022.

In view of the prayer, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 25th July, 2022 and inform her the result, within two weeks of communication. 3.
