ORDER

13.09.2022 Order No.

01.

1.

Even after reporting that there is no involvement of the impugned order in the Writ Petition learned counsel for the Petitioners claims that he is not in possession of the certified copy of the impugned order, however, there is an application under the R.T.I. Act for the said purpose. In an attempt to receive such order through the R.T.I. application learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to remove the defect in the Writ Petition and proceeds to argue the matter on the merit. For there is no involvement of certified copy of the impugned order this Court does not like to entertain the Writ Petition. For the technical difficulty the writ petition is not entertainable. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. It is, however, made clear that dismissal of the Writ

// 2 // Petition shall not stand as a bar on the way of the Petitioners in bringing a fresh Writ Petition with proper documents. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
