Heard Ms. S. Pattnaik, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 06.05.2022 under Annexure-9 and notice dated 17.08.2022 issued by opposite party no.4 under Annexure-11. The petitioner further seeks to quash the allotment of shop room in favour of opposite party no.5 under Annexure-10. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.1 highlighting its grievances and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.1 within fifteen days hence, the same

shall be considered by the said authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
