This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No.451 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, arising out of Binjharpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2022, for offences under Sections 452/427/323/324/326/307/354/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur, by order dated 24.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by order dated 22.09.2022 in BLAPL No.5977 of 2022 and filing of chargesheet, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
