For the reason stated, I.A. stands allowed.

According to Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners that despite this Court's order dated 8th September, 2022 in CRLMC No. 2383of 2022, the petitioners could not surrender before the court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandikhole in connection with C.T. Case No. 446 of 2014 and therefore, the date of surrender should be extended in the interest of justice. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were directed by this Court's order to surrender before the court below on or before 23rd September, 2022, however, it could not be ensured for the reason mentioned. 4.

Having regard to the above, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandikhole on or before 9th December,2022 in connection with

C.T.Case No. 446 of 2014 in compliance of the Court's order in CRLMC No. 2383 of 2022.
