This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Police has already complied with the mandatory requirements of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.
In such view of the matter, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner by the police and therefore the ABLAPL is not maintainable.
