This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

The petitioner files this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for inclusion of his name in the panel to fill up the vaccines of Junior Lecturer in Oriya in Higher Secondary Schools pursuant to the advertisement under Annexure-1. 3.

Ms. Patra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner qualified the written test, he has not been called to appear the subsequent tests so as to be empanelled for consideration of his case for appointment.

Mr. N.K. Baliarsingh, learned Standing Counsel contended that since the petitioner could not able to secure the minimum required mark, he has not been selected.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record and since the petitioner could not able to secure the required mark, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, at this stage.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the

order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
