This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A. Das, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.
The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direction shall not be given to opp.party no.3 & 4 to release compensation in terms of the order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bolangir in Misc. Appeal No.1/2017 under Annexure-1.
(ii) Direction shall not be given to opp.party no.1,3 & 4 to release the compensation to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of his land measuring Ac. 1.74 dec. keeping in view the order passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Vidaya Devi-VsState of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. as well as by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Smt. Sureswari Devi-Vs-State of Odisha & Others. Within a stipulated period".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State
has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
