The petitioner who is a guest faculty by means of this writ petition eventually seeks for regularization of his service. 4.

Since the writ petition filed by the guest faculty for regularization is not maintainable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition.

Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed.
